A Basic CGing tut for Cartoons

[WARNING!!! THIS IS A VERY OLD TUTORIAL AND HAS SOME BAD ADVICE IN IT: DO NOT USE THE DODGE OR BURN TOOLS FOR SHADING/HIGHLIGHTING, IT'S A BAD PRACTISE, ALSO TRY AND USE SEPARATE LAYERS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO, OTHERWISE THERE'S STILL SOME USEFUL STUFF HERE]

It's mainly designed to help those who use Paintshop, but it's also concentrated on giving an indication as to how you could go about CGing cartoon characters in a comic strip, or just a cartoony pic in general. The idea here is that it's not overly complicated CGing, thus being quite quick to do, and thus rather useful for comic purposes while still looking good!
